Ingredients: Rosehip oil, Pomegranate seed oil, Rose oil, Frankincense, Carrot seed oil, Ylang Ylang, Nilotica Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Lavender oil, Jojoba oil, Lemongrass oil, Shea butter, Mango butter, Arrowroot powder.
Rosehip oil: contains Linoleic acid (a free fatty acid) which is an essential component of ceramides known to help in keeping skin moisturized. It is equally packed with high levels of vitamin C, making it a potent anti-aging oil. The antioxidant property of Vit.C helps in protecting against and repairing UV damage and helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Rosehip is rich in carotenoids which are Vit.A-like compounds that help in regulating skin cells turnover that may subsequently result in brighter and more even complexion. The Vit.C has also been shown to help in reducing hyper-pigmentations through its skin brightening properties.
Retinoids- another component of rosehip oil eg trans-retinoic acid helps in speeding up cell turnover. Contains vitamins A, D & E as well as antioxidant flavonoids that may help to minimise the effects of stress and aging. Helps in rebuilding collagen and potentially reduces the appearance of fine lines.
Pomegranate seed oil: Additional to all the numerous health benefits of pomegranate fruits including being a super fruit and a tasty additive etc., it?s seed oil has equally been shown to have properties that may help to reduce oxidative stress which in turn, may help to prevent the formation of new wrinkles. Studies suggest that pomegranate seed oil is high content of Punicic (omega 5 fatty acids) and PNG may be behind its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-apoptotic properties. These enables it to fight off free radicals, unclogs pores and also superbly hydrating. Also contains Linoleic, Gallic and Elagic acids all of which work to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Rose oil: studies suggest that rose oil may contain antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. May be particularly helpful for skin cell renewal which may help the skin appear youthful.
Frankincense oil: this has been found to be effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It has been in use for many centuries since Ancient Egypt acts as an anti-aging powerhouse; helping to keep the skin supple and youthful. It may help in toning skin as well as promoting new skin cell growth.
Carrot seed oil: very rich in beta carotene, Vitamins A, E and pro-Vit. A known to infuse moisture to skin. It is full of antioxidants and may help in cell regenerating activities, including the reduction of the appearance of wrinkles and stretch marks. It has been shown to help in balancing oil production. As an all-rounder, it combines skin-mending Vit. A, moisturising Vit. E and collagen-boosting Vit. C, all working in synergy to help minimise the appearance of fine lines, repairing sun damage and scars among other benefits.
Ylang ylang oil: Contains Linalol- a compound deeply moisturising and enhances the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Some studies suggest that it helps to alleviate anxiety and this beneficial for relaxation. Nilotica Shea butter: This is different from the regular shea butter that you may have come across before. It’s far superior, hails exclusively from East Africa and has been used by locals for millenia.
Packed with an abundance of valuable properties including;
Vitamins A, E, and K
25% more oleic acid (one of the essential fatty acids) than standard African shea butter
Catechins (the same powerful antioxidant you’ll find in green tea)

Vitamin E: famously known as powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals by neutralising them. Free radicals which are unstable molecules in the body that can cause cell damage by interacting with other body cells, may be caused by our bodies, aging, daily living or external factors such as radiation, environmental pollutants, ozone and tobacco smoke. These free radicals have been linked to a number of ill health conditions. Vit. E also had moisturising properties helping to not only soothe the skin but reduces the appearance of dry skin. A dry skin may look more creased whilst a hydrated and well moisturised skin may appear more youthful, adding to its anti-aging effects.
Lavender oil: may help to protect against oxidative stress which may reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles when topically applied. Known for its sweet fragrance, very gentle, calming and nourishing. Helps to cleanse and soothe the skin as well as reduces the appearance of blemishes, giving the skin a youthful glow.
Jojoba oil: has a striking resemblance to the sebum of our own skin and has been shown to minimise moisture loss thereby enhancing the skin?s suppleness and flexibility. Had anti-inflammatory properties helping it to calm irritated skin. Also rich in Vit. E & B-complex for skin repair processes. Very rich in Vit. A & D, fatty acids and antioxidants. It is able to penetrate deeply beneath the upper layer of skin to provide maximum nourishment. This property enables it to work very well with other active ingredients hence why it is one of the best carrier oils for both skin and hair. It balances oily skin by helping to regulate oil production. It has an anti-aging property due to its rich moisture retaining ability, it is a popular saying that a well moisturised skin can help to smoothen the appearance of wrinkles. It has also been linked with collagen production which improves skin elasticity thus making it appear youthful.
Avocado butter and Hibiscus oil 
Shea Butter: Shea butter is made from the nut of the African shea tree. It is a rich nut butter that is naturally soothing to the skin, and high in anti-aging Vitamin E. A high fatty acid content enables it to nourish the skin and fight signs of aging as well as other benefits.
Mango Butter: the main chemical constituents of Mango Butter are: Oleic Acid, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Linoleic Acid, Arachidic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. It is known to have emollient and helps to soothe and keep the skin soft. Promotes moisture retention in skin and hair as well. Also has anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties among others.
Arrowroot powder: helps in absorbing sebum and leaves the skin feeling soft as it dries out blemishes, wounds, sunburns and sores. Due to its light, soft and absorbent properties, it is widely used in making some baby products such as powder and infant formula among other uses.
Application: Apply a small amount to cleansed face, neck and décolleté using fingertips. Massage gently until absorbed. Can be used at both night and day. If using at daytime, apply a very tiny amount on cleansed face underneath makeup.
