Welcome to Natural Gender Selection Pre-optimization Program International (NGSPP Int'l)! We are excited to have you as a customer and look forward to helping you achieve your family balancing goals. Please read this customer agreement carefully before using our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED: NGSPP Int'l provides a course designed to help customers learn the strategies and techniques used by Claire herself and several other families that she has helped around the world to get the precise baby gender they want. The course includes access to video lessons, live webinars, and other resources.

PAYMENT: Customers must pay the full cost of the course before they can access the course materials. The course fee is non-refundable.

USE OF PROGRAM OR COURSE MATERIALS: Clients are granted a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for their own personal use. Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the course materials to any third party.

DISCLAIMER: NGSPP Int'l provides the course materials "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the course materials will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from your use of the course or program materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall NGSPP Int'l be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the course materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property rights in the course materials, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by NGSPP Int'l or its licensors.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Customers may be given access to confidential information as part of the course or program. Customers agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

TERMINATION: NGSPP Int'l may terminate this agreement and the customer's access to the course or program materials at any time, without notice, if the customer violates any of the terms of this agreement.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which NGSPP Int'l is located.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between NGSPP Int'l and the customer and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

REFUND POLICY: Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they can demonstrate that they have taken action on all the videos and resources included in the course/program. To request a refund, customers

must email the support desk with proof of their completed coursework, and related tasks to info@naturecaresbeautyproducts.com

NO DISPUTES OR CHARGEBACKS

Customers waive their right to chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card company. This refund policy is the sole and exclusive remedy available to customers who are not satisfied with the course.

NO PROMISE OF EARNINGS: NGSPP Int'l does not promise or guarantee that customers will achieve any specific outcome by following the strategies and techniques taught in the course/program. The success of each customer depends on many factors, including but not limited to their own efforts, skills, experience, and other conditions. Therefore, NGSPP Int'l cannot be held responsible for any financial losses or damages that customers may incur as a result of using the course/program materials. Customers should always conduct their own due diligence and seek professional advice before making any financial decisions.
By accessing and using the course/program materials, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not purchase or use the course materials.
